How we work

Written scope. Documented process. Defined warranty.

Tony’s Painting CA Inc. projects are governed by the written proposal, signed contract, approved change orders where applicable, and applicable written limited workmanship warranty terms. The four practices below describe how each project is documented and executed.

01

Line-item written proposals.

Each proposal identifies the included work areas, preparation, proposed coating system, product information where applicable, protection plan, exclusions, and pricing. Project scope and pricing are defined by the signed proposal and contract.

02

Approved written change orders.

Conditions identified during work that fall outside the original scope are documented and presented for written client approval before any additional work is performed.

03

Surface inspection and disclosure.

Substrate conditions identified during preparation — including dry rot, stucco cracking, or prior coating failure — are documented and reviewed with the client prior to any repair work.

04

Final walkthrough and sign-off.

Each project concludes with a documented client walkthrough. Included punch-list items are reviewed before final closeout. Warranty documentation is provided where applicable.
