Tony’s Painting CA Inc.’s roots in San Diego painting go back to 1982. The corporation was formed in January 2002 and has been operated as Tony’s Painting CA Inc. continuously since.
The company is built around written proposals, signed contracts, company-supervised crews, and documented project closeout. Tony’s Painting CA Inc. serves residential, commercial, HOA, property management, and public-sector clients across San Diego County.
What we paint.
Within the scope of its CSLB C-33 license and approved written proposals, Tony’s Painting CA Inc. provides residential interior and exterior painting, cabinet refinishing, commercial interior and exterior painting, HOA and multi-unit repaints, property management painting, and coating-related preparation services where applicable.
Minor drywall patching, stucco touch-up, specialty coatings, and other preparation work are included only when specifically listed in the written proposal. Services outside the painting scope are reviewed separately and must be approved in writing before work begins.

Tony’s Painting CA Inc. holds CSLB License #803527, classification C-33.
Insurance documentation is available upon request for qualifying projects. Any additional insured, waiver, project-specific endorsement, or coverage-limit requirement is reviewed separately based on contract requirements and insurance carrier availability.
Written limited workmanship warranty terms are provided for qualifying projects where applicable. Warranty coverage, exclusions, claim conditions, remedies, and maintenance requirements are controlled by the signed proposal, contract, approved change orders, and applicable warranty document.
